Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites and submit them electronically.
• Understand key areas of invoicing specific to each customer and check each field before submission.
• Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions and customer invoicing processes.
• Work closely with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process.
• Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets and ensure AR hygiene.
• Handle invoice rejections and credit rebills efficiently.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the invoicing process and update them regularly.
• Support the improvement of invoicing platforms and assist credit control in collecting payments.
