Clinical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat complex dental and facial irregularities, developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
  • Actively participate in clinical cases while ensuring high-quality care and optimal patient treatment outcomes.
  • Monitor the progress of treatments, making necessary adjustments to achieve patient satisfaction and desired results.
  • Stay updated with advancements in orthodontics, integrating innovative techniques and best practices into patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, oral hygiene, and the importance of compliance throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment plans and progress updates.

Management Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of orthodontic professionals, including associate orthodontists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Strategize and monitor clinical and operational processes, identifying and addressing process gaps to enhance efficiency and overall workflow.
  • Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate clinical outcomes, operational success, and practice growth.
  • Oversee daily operational workflows, including scheduling and patient flow, to maximize efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with management teams to ensure smooth practice operations and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and infection control procedures.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow the practice and improve profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring and training junior orthodontists and support staff.
  • Lead community outreach programs to promote orthodontic health and raise awareness about the practice.
