Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting projects within the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple assignments, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest standards.

This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with strong project management skills and experience in consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans aligned with client requirements
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to governance processes
  • Coordinate and supervise consultant work to achieve project milestones
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals and tender submissions
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years' experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
