We're seeking an experienced IT Process Engineer to join our organization.

As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address security gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT and network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, and endpoint security.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize processes.
  • Communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices.
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are highly valued.
