Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Senior Medical Writer to craft high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials that captivate audiences. As a key member of our team, you will develop innovative content that effectively communicates complex ideas, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver exceptional client-ready materials, including slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, MSL/training slide decks, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, internal and external stakeholders, including authors, reviewers, and key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas, anticipating their needs and adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, authors/faculty, clients, and vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Participate in workshops/seminars/trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to organizational objectives, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Apply your scientific and creative expertise in collaboration with client directors to design and execute effective medical communications initiatives in the digital space, encompassing publication extenders, infographic creation, interactive asset development, website content, patient narratives, and medical information engagement plans.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields of scientific writing, showcasing a clear understanding of clinical research and medical communication principles.
  • Hold a PhD/MD (Pharmacology) or PhD (Life Sciences) or PharmD degree, demonstrating a solid foundation in life sciences and clinical research.
  • Demonstrate a clear, concise, and scientifically accurate writing style, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent language skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Exhibit the ability to adapt your writing style to various materials and target audiences, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Display a basic knowledge of biostatistics and proficiency in evaluating literature for credibility and accuracy.
  • Operate proficiently in MS Office, leveraging its capabilities to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
