We are seeking an experienced Gen AI developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture design and development of cloud-native applications, as well as experience in building GenAI solutions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Agentic AI Framework, Langgraph, Crewai, and other relevant technologies such as Python, Langchain, OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, ADI, Azure Service Bus Retrieval, Augmented Generation RAG.

About the Role

This is a senior-level role that requires a high degree of technical expertise and business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Gen AI solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing cloud-native applications using digital technologies.
  • BUILDING GENAI SOLUTIONS USING AGENTIC AI FRAMEWORK, LANGGRAPH, CREWAI AND OTHER RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in software engineering and architecture design.
  • Experience in building GenAI solutions using Agentic AI Framework, Langgraph, Crewai, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong understanding of property and casualty insurance domain.
