Job Title : IT ServiceNow Application Developer

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Location : Bangalore / Chandigarh (Hybrid)

Mode : C2H

Job Description :

To succeed in this role, you will work closely with the onshore and offshore teams to build, extend, and maintain IT service management applications using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with ServiceNow peers including administrators, business analysts, developers, and architects to deliver projects.

- Develop and configure applications using ServiceNow and JavaScript technology.

- Perform configuration and development using workflows, flow designers, business rules, and client scripts in ServiceNow.

- Integrate ServiceNow with various applications.

- Assist the ServiceNow architect with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances.

- Build and extend ServiceNow scoped applications for internal users.

- Create customized Service Portal web pages with user-friendly widgets using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.

- Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages.

- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.

- Experience with use of Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.

- Understanding of ServiceNow's license and entitlement structure.

- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades.

- Experience with Automated Testing Framework.
