Senior SCCM Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SCCM administrator to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying medium to large-scale SCCM environments, managing inventory, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Deep knowledge of inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune is required.
  • Microsoft SCCM Solutions: Develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions.
  • SCCM Environment Design and Deployment: Designing and deploying medium to large-scale SCCM environments (single to multi-tier sites).
  • Imaging Engines and Windows 10 Imaging Technology: Sound knowledge on various imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology is necessary.
  • Custom Deployment Scripts: Develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch etc...).
  • Application and Patch Release: Handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM.
  • SCCM Client Management Suit: Knowledge of SCCM client management suit at all levels.
  • Task Resolution: Able to resolve tasks escalated by L2 teams.
  • Inventory Gathering: Able to create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients.
  • Application and Package Management: Excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM 2016 - create/import applications and packages within SCCM.
  1. Device Security: Maintain all managed devices secure, by patching: Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, monthly third-party applications in the environment.
  2. Windows 10 Image Development and Deployment: Develop Windows 10 images and support deployment of images for both new installations and re-imaged devices.
  3. Windows 10 Image Lifecycle Management: Manage Windows 10 images lifecycle, by maintaining the Windows 10 images up-to-date with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal.
  4. Adjacent Microsoft Services Integration: Use SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services that have integrations embedded into the SCCM console. E.g., Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, Microsoft Defender, support any new and useful integration.
