Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Encora. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying software applications used by our contact center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with the team and project manager to design, code, test, document, and deploy software applications.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the customer's workflow and application usage.
  3. Design and implement product enhancements that satisfy user requirements.
  4. Gather, compile, analyze, and document software or system integration requirements.
  5. Write unit tests, functional tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure program logic is easily understood.
  6. Execute all phases of software application projects, including customer migration, defect removal, issue resolution, or any technical task required for successful deployment.
  7. Prepare documents describing development setup, installation, and operating procedures for deliverables.
  8. Troubleshoot applications and quickly resolve production issues.
  9. Assist team members and product users with problems.
  10. Identify issues and inconsistencies with data quality and create processes to overcome system deficiencies.
  11. Mentor junior developers and meet with them regularly.
  12. Experience with building and maintaining Azure pipelines, including YAML and classic interfaces.

TFS/Azure DevOps, React.js, ECMAScript/JavaScript, jQuery, TSQL,.NET 4.5+,.NET Core, C#, Visual Basic

Preferred Skills:

ELK dashboards and KSQL, Application performance monitoring with ELK, ELK Synthetics, Fortify, Burp, knowledge of IVR and Twilio
