We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving assigned sales targets, building strong relationships with Field Account Partners, and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution sales and operations, with experience in managing large-scale sales teams. They will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with Field Account Partners and their stakeholders to ensure healthy and profitable business
  3. Develop Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends and develop effective sales plans to maximize revenue growth
  4. Manage Sales Teams: Oversee the performance of sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
  5. Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  6. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years in distribution sales and operations
  • Industry Knowledge: Footwear, apparel/fashion, FMCG industries
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Educational Background: MBA in business/marketing from a reputable institution
