About the Role:

This is a key leadership position in our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information security. You will need to have a deep understanding of security operations and infrastructure, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Lead customer support engineering initiatives to increase client satisfaction
  • Drive a culture of high performance, ownership, and inclusion across teams
  • Develop site reliability engineering frameworks and IT security program
  • Coordinate roadmaps across security, engineering, and IT functions to ensure goals are in sync and cross-department dependencies are managed
  • Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and administration of all IT systems
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key service providers to ensure service levels are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience working within fast-paced, fast-evolving environments with strong expertise in leading security teams
  • Deep knowledge of security operations infrastructure, including network infrastructure components, routers, firewalls, and vulnerability management tools
  • Proven experience in Linux systems administration and service trouble-shooting skills that span applications, systems, and networks
  • Strong people leadership skills with deep team management experience
  • Comfortable pushing back and challenging the status quo to do what is right for the long term
  • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
