Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud and Data Centre Infrastructure Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful adoption of our cloud and data centre infrastructure solutions.

You will work closely with customers to understand their objectives and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, and IoT will be invaluable in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Experience building and improving internal processes is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with exposure to projects related to cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies. A strong understanding of agile methodologies and proficiency in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian (in addition to English) is highly desirable.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop trust with assigned customers and provide them with the best possible experience navigating Canonical's vast offering.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering and Support in developing and delivering engagement plans that fulfill the customer's objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks in coordination with Sales.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong relation to IT and with exposure to projects related to at least one of these topics: Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to guide a conversation about complex software.
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
