Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling service requirements for all technicians within the branch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Scheduling: Plan and schedule service requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for all technicians.
• Priority Management: Prioritize due for Renewals visits, enquiries, call outs, and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Communication: Liaise with Sales and Service teams to accommodate urgent service visit appointments and communicate changes to affected customers.
• Service Documentation: Manage service documentation and ensure all customer/technician feedback is followed up with actions.
• Data Management: Update all service data from dockets, log cards, service orders, and other sources into business systems in a timely manner.
• Compliance: Review service reports with OE and BM, highlighting areas of concern, and provide service compliance updates daily.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum graduation with 1-3 years of relevant experience in managing a team.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to work patiently in a dynamic service environment, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of territory handled for planning and ability to work effectively in a team.
