Product Development Manager

A Product Development Manager position is available in a Pharmaceuticals setting.
This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends and competitor knowledge to inform marketing strategies
- Develop market intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collate feedback from sales teams and generate insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Network with industry professionals to stay up-to-date on market changes and competitor strategies
- Conduct research to provide market data to support annual market share forecasts
- Prepare strategic plans for brands and create STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) for markets as per realities and own expertise
- Plan activities for brands across short and long term
- Ideate marketing deliverables and ensure they are designed and executed as per plan
- Communicate execution strategies to sales force and provide training where needed
- Design and implement incentive plans and motivational drives for sales force
- Campaign execution and timely feedback by coordinating with regional/distr. Heads
- Provide support in case of objections/queries
- Ensure field force motivation and effectiveness
- Manage execution of meetings
- Prepare and deliver training modules
- Conduct briefing meeting for sales force
Requirements:
- Science Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Mandatory: Management Graduate
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Product Manager in Product Management Team
- Industry: Only Pharmaceuticals
