Job Description:

The Program Lead is responsible for overseeing data annotation projects to power AI/ML products. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project execution, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, objectives, and metrics
  • Align projects with stakeholder goals and product requirements
  • Lead and coordinate teams across operations, engineering, and product for data annotation needs
  • Manage a team of data annotators to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Provide insights to improve model development, identify areas for improvement, and enhance end-user experience
  • Analyze project performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or product management
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in fast-changing business environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate people across various job functions
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of AI landscape and high-quality data impact on model performance
  • Experience working with engineering, science, and product teams
  • Willingness to explore new technologies and hybrid processes
