Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME with extensive knowledge of IAM/IGA solutions.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform complex tasks.
- Responsible for making strategic decisions that drive results.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key initiatives.
- Expected to provide innovative solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and implement strategic security plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for security initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies to protect data and systems.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the project team, fostering excellence and high performance.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing security team, providing guidance and opportunities for growth.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Oversee the development and implementation of IT build processes for security solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage IT operations to ensure stability, security, and performance of security systems.
- Implement robust monitoring and incident response procedures.
- Lead the transformation of IT security solutions to cloud-based solutions, developing and executing cloud migration strategies.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Utilize project management tools for efficient task tracking and team communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of IAM/IGA solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Proven track record of leading and managing IT security teams.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex projects.
- Experience with access management and compliance reporting.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues.
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
