We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team responsible for delivering engaging broadcast solutions for horse racing coverage.

About the Role
  • As a skilled Motion Graphics Designer, you will be part of a creative team responsible for developing and animating graphics for show opens, transitions, bumpers, on-screen statistics, odds, and race data visualizations, lower thirds, title cards, and branded elements.
  • You will collaborate with producers, editors, and sports analysts to translate racing data and narratives into compelling visuals.
  • Our ideal candidate will develop graphics templates for fast turnaround and live updates during race events, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and network broadcast standards.
  • You will troubleshoot graphics in live broadcast environments and support technical integration with real-time graphics systems.
  • Maintain a library of reusable templates, assets, and branded elements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, motion design tools, and sports coverage formats.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms is highly desirable.
  • A strong grasp of sports design aesthetics, particularly horse racing data (odds, timings, jockey statistics, race cards).
  • A solid understanding of typography, color theory, pacing, and motion design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with rapid turnaround.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality motion graphics work, ideally in live or sports television.
