SAP Basis Consultant Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting S/4 applications and resolving critical issues related to memory management, performance tuning, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert support for S/4 applications
  • Resolving critical issues related to memory management and performance tuning
  • Working on SAP Basis support and projects
  • Handling P1 and P2 incidents on BASIS end
  • Administering databases, including Hana and Sybase
  • Setting up HA/DR solutions
  • Updating, upgrading, migrating, and converting systems
  • Tracking SLA/KPI metrics
  • Collaborating with global teams for 24/7 support
  • De-escalating IT incidents and requests
  • Coordinating multiple activities across teams
  • Holding prior working experience in ECS as an advantage
