About the Role:

Optimizing Production Processes
  • The Production Engineer plays a pivotal part in streamlining production processes by conducting thorough time studies, eliminating non-value-added activities, and integrating strategic tools and machinery to boost efficiency.

This involves dissecting current production processes to pinpoint areas for improvement, introducing innovative tools and techniques, and upgrading machinery to reduce lead time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of production processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Industrial Engineering team to enhance process efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize production workflows, ensuring seamless integration of tools and machinery.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, driving best practices in production engineering.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery, with the ability to integrate new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and departments.
