We're Hiring: Senior MongoDB Expert

This is an advisory-only role ideal for someone who enjoys shaping architecture, challenging assumptions, and aligning technical decisions with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate MongoDB's suitability for complex backend needs.
  • Design and advise on scalable data models and architecture.
  • Provide a critical lens on architecture decisions.
  • Recommend hybrid approaches (MongoDB + Snowflake/RDBMS).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in MongoDB architecture and data modeling.
  • Strong consulting or advisory background (non-coding).
  • Expertise in hybrid data ecosystems (MongoDB + RDBMS/Snowflake).
  • Solid understanding of large-scale data modeling principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience with BOM structures or supply chain systems.
  • Strategic thinking that bridges tech with business value.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional architecture conversations.
