We are seeking an accomplished Endocrinologist (Specialist) to join our team, who possesses exceptional clinical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree or equivalent
  • An Internship certificate
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or completion of a training program in Internal Medicine with fellowship in Endocrinology
  • A valid and current medical license to practice

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-fellowship experience in Endocrinology or 5 years of experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a Senior Specialist/ Specialist in Endocrinology
  • Participating in on-call duties as per departmental regulations
  • Engaging in teaching activities for students, residents, fellows, and allied health professionals
  • Contributing to health education programs through orientation and scientific presentations
  • Adhering to MCMSS policies, guidelines, plans, and programs
  • Performing all assigned duties related to their field of specialization
  • Completing and maintaining their set of clinical privileges
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned/directed by the chairperson/head of the department

The salary will be determined based on qualification, experience, and available vacancies, adhering to the Oman Medical Bylaw.
