**Job Description:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about teaching and making a difference in the lives of students. As a Health Education Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching the health education curriculum to Class VI & VII in government schools.
  • You will work with school principals and administrations to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.

**Responsibilities:

  • To teach the health education curriculum as developed by Tarang Health Alliance.
  • Collect data from students regarding assessment.
  • Educate the parents of these students on health topics at least once every two months.
  • Execute the Comprehensive School Health Program (CSHP) as developed by Tarang Health Alliance.
  • Infrequently coordinate school trips for these students.
  • Write weekly reports and participate in regular online and offline meetings with staff.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with at least two years experience of teaching Biology, Science or Life skills to school students.
  • Proficient in making power-point presentations to students and adults.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
