Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system.

This role involves administering and maintaining the NetSuite system, including user setup, role assignments, and permissions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, experience in system administration, and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration:
  • Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP system, including user setup, role assignments, and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and support NetSuite upgrades, patches, and customizations.
  • Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure NetSuite modules and features based on business needs.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and reports using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications and tools.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
  • Assist with system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze system data and provide insights to improve processes and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all NetSuite modules.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and participate in NetSuite-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite modules, Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
