Design Support Professional

The Design Support Professional plays a crucial role in supporting the Senior Designer in delivering high-quality designs to clients. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Shadow design discussions: Shadow the Senior Designer during client meetings and prepare minutes of meetings to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Assist in 3D designs: Assist the Senior Designer in creating 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, recommending enhancements and providing feedback.
  3. Site Visits and file management: Accompany the Senior Designer on site visits, manage files across systems, and ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Commercial proposals: Assist in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes for transparent and fair estimates.
  5. Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes, build relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications
  1. Design education background: B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design.
  2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
  3. Communication skills: Good communication and presentation skills.
  4. Modular furniture knowledge: Basic knowledge of Modular furniture.
  5. SketchUp skills: Practical knowledge of SketchUp.
  6. Attitude: A great attitude is essential.
