Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their banking and investment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
