Data Governance Framework Development

As a Data Governance Architect at Ad Astra Consultants, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement a robust data governance framework tailored to our organization. This will involve defining policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the effective management, quality, and security of data.

Platform Focus

Initially, you will focus on catering to our Automotive Division, understanding specific data needs and challenges within the division. You will build data domains across the organization to support our overall data strategy and related use cases. Additionally, you will develop strategies to extend the data governance framework seamlessly to other businesses, such as Farm, and adapt it to their unique requirements.

Technical Expertise

You will possess a niche skill set in data governance, demonstrating expertise in data management, metadata management, and data quality. You will lead the implementation of advanced data governance practices, including data lineage, data cataloging, and data stewardship. You will also implement data governance across key platforms such as ERP, CRM, and other platforms.

Internal Skill Development

You will work collaboratively with internal teams to instill data governance best practices and foster a culture of data responsibility. You will develop and execute training programs to enhance our organization's internal capabilities in data governance.

Continuous Improvement

You will regularly assess and refine the data governance framework based on evolving business needs, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. You will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data governance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

You will collaborate closely with data architects, engineers, and business leaders to integrate data governance principles seamlessly into our organization. You will communicate effectively to ensure alignment of data governance initiatives with our strategic objectives.
