About This Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Medical Leader to drive strategic initiatives in medical marketing and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Marketing Strategy (30%): Develop comprehensive medical plans, provide input on promotional materials, manage launch activities, represent the company at conferences, address medical queries, and design innovative campaigns.
- Scientific Meetings and CMEs (15%): Organize all types of meetings within the therapy area/division, including CMEs, RTMs, Ad Boards, Symposium, International Speaker programs, and conference participation.
- Driving Medical Projects/Registry/RWE/Study (15%): Design project/study outlines, lead projects/studies according to agreed outcomes and timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- KOL Management (10%): Foster scientific connections with Key Opinion Leaders, Influencers, and Scientific societies, address their scientific needs, and maintain a positive image for the organization.
- Medical Writing and Publications (10%): Write product-specific scientific content, presentations, manuscripts, and facilitate journal publications, develop publication plans, and execute them.
- New Product Evaluations (10%): Conduct new product evaluation reviews, provide support, monitor competitor activity, and keep track of global developments of new products.
- Medical Information and Training (10%): Keep stakeholders informed about recent therapy area developments, deliver training sessions as needed, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all mentioned activities.
