Job Title: Director of Infrastructure Delivery

Epsilon's IT infrastructure team drives innovation and efficiency through pioneering technology across various platforms and business verticals.

  • The team provides end-to-end solutions for client-facing platforms, supporting all aspects of revenue-generating platforms and setting the architectural direction for enterprise deployments.
  • By adopting newest technologies such as Cloud, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence, the team redefines digital business and captures new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy and represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
  • Own and improve SLAs and KPIs, champion operational enablement, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code adoption, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and continuously learning team culture.
  • Manage workload balancing, shift planning, and collaboration across geographies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in public cloud environments, traditional data center infrastructure, container strategies, DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
