  • Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Opcenter solutions across our manufacturing landscape.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, with proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across enterprise systems.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter (MES, APS, Quality Management, RD&L).
  • Proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, LIMS, CALVIN, PLM, and ERP (SAP).
  • Expertise in integration technologies: web services, APIs, middleware (e.g., ESB, SOAP/REST, XML).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping/transformation processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment strategies.

  • Support data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GxP).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration blueprints, and system roadmaps.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and compliance.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Opcenter RD&L, LIMS, and CALVIN for lab workflow management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
