About the Opportunity:

  • Seeking an experienced Fabrication Leader to oversee and manage end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient production processes aligned with customer requirements and company goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely project completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, procurement, planning, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.) and drive process improvements.
  • Implement automation and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and coordinate manpower, machine loading, and material availability for optimal results.
  • Mentor and develop the fabrication team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and ensure audit readiness.
  • Manage subcontracting activities and vendor performance as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
