They should possess excellent negotiation and client management skills, be able to conduct initial outreach via calls and visits to leads, manage client relationships, provide tailored product offers, and engage in negotiations to close deals.

A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of industry trends and products, as well as strong research skills to identify potential clients through networks and other means. A degree in ITI/Diploma/Graduate level is required, along with age range between 28 to 35 years.
