Job Description:

Mizuho Global Services aims to establish a global processing centre for remotely handling banking and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Infrastructure Specialist: Designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the server infrastructure. This includes ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems.
  2. Server Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V). Monitoring server performance, availability, and capacity ensures optimal operation.
  3. Security and Compliance: Implementing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and best practices for servers and networks. Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. IT Service Management: Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux), experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 5-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with expertise in ITSM modules.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Server uptime and availability, incident response and resolution times, compliance with security standards.
