Description

Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in object-oriented programming within Salesforce to drive business innovation.
  • Proven skills in reconciling data, debugging, and performing root cause analysis techniques to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Implementation of robust security frameworks for user authorization and authentication to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Proficient in installing FSL managed package and guided setup configuration to enhance system functionalities.
  • Enterprise integrations applying event-based frameworks, with a preference for real-time data synchronization.
  • Proficient in writing Queries in SOQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle to extract valuable insights.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Conga, and managed packages like CVENT to streamline business processes.

    Qualifications

    Education

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Experience Required:

    • College degree in computer science or 10+ years of equivalent work experience.
    • 8 years minimum of hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
    • Three years (minimum) of experience in the financial industry.
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and other related features.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
    • Experience with APIs and integrations.
    • Experience working on an Agile development team.
    • Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrable ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization and develop positive working relationships.
    • Excellent communication/influence skills, including reports, presentations, group facilitation, and ability to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the organization.
    • Capable of independent judgment with significant discretion to make daily operational decisions.
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial institution operations and business processes.
    • General familiarity with problem analysis and excellent level of problem-solving capabilities to establish adequate solutions to operating problems.
    • Must be able to satisfy all job responsibilities, including detecting and resolving system errors with very limited input from the direct supervisor.
    • Stays ahead of emerging technology trends.
    • Must be flexible to work after-hours and on-call.
