Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Instrumentation Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our process equipment, minimizing downtime and extending its lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Equipment Management:
  • Manage and maintain all process equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Promote operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Breakdown Prevention and Resolution:
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent equipment breakdowns, and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
  • PLC and SCADA Systems:
  • Design, develop, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems to optimize control and monitoring of process equipment.
  • Maintenance and Validation:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment is always available and in optimal condition.
  • Compliance and Quality Management:
  • Ensure that all process engineering activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation and instrumentation process engineering.
  • Skillset:
  • Expertise in PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Strong knowledge of process equipment and operational excellence principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications:
  • Certified in Six Sigma or other relevant certifications.
