Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, where they have assisted customers via phone and ticketing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.

They should be able to communicate complex technical issues clearly both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for a self-starter who is an effective team player with the ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will have experience with network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and support via phone and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently
  • Working collaboratively with engineering teams for escalations
  • Handling outage calls and providing timely resolutions
  • Continuously learning and sharing knowledge with peers through mentoring and training

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
