Microbiologist - Clinical Genomics Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Microbiologist to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves working from the office, collaborating with experts and analyzing complex molecular data.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Microbiology, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), and RT-PCR based assays. Responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis: Reviewing literature for developing molecular methods, including NGS-based detection of microbes in clinical specimens.
  • Result Interpretation: Analysing molecular data, interpreting results, and generating test reports.
  • SOP Development: Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols.
  • Technical Support: Supporting sales and customer service teams with technical queries.
  • Results Presentation: Presenting experimental results to senior scientific staff, collaborators, and clients.
  • Research Participation: Participating in technical decisions affecting research and development issues.

Educational Qualification: PhD in Microbiology is required for this position.
