STEM Data Specialist

This role is crucial to shaping the 'brain' of our AI system, which aims to provide high-quality data for teaching millions at scale.

  • The ideal candidate will have deep subject matter expertise in a STEM field, covering topics such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, coding, or finance.

A Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in one of these fields from a premier Tier-1 institution is required. A Ph.D. is highly valued. Demonstrable academic excellence is essential.

  • The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Apply deep knowledge in the chosen STEM field to assess complex problems, verify solutions, and develop alternative approaches.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in the specialized STEM field.
  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in competitive exams or developing high-quality original problems.
