About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team.

  • Act as a liaison between assigned business functions and the Data & Analytics team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from business stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable data requirements.
  • Foster clear understanding of analytics deliverables through effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Engagement & Coordination: Liaise with assigned business functions to ensure seamless collaboration and goal alignment.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution: Develop Power BI dashboards, design interactive reports, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor Data Analysts, promote best practices in data visualization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization concepts.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
  • Power BI certifications are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience of creating Power Automate workflows would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or data security practices is a plus.
