Job Description\

Our organization operates in the fresh produce sector, with a substantial market opportunity. As a technology platform, we collaborate with farmers, consolidate supply, and sell to organized demand through strategic partnerships.

We simplify farming practices and enhance land utilization for farmers. Our team brings expertise from agri-input and agri-output companies, as well as from building and scaling products at organizations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Finance Partner with 5-7 years of core Business Finance (BizFin) or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to support strategic decision-making.\
  • Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.\
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing recommendations for investment decisions.\
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.\
  • Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior leadership, delivering critical financial insights and performance metrics.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required from a relevant batch. Core BizFin or FP&A experience is necessary. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

\

Travel requirements include 20%-30% travel within India to understand business needs, engage with vendors, and meet customers.
