Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team at GameChange Solar, a leader in the solar racking and tracker industry. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore/Hybrid, with an estimated annual salary of $100,000 - $150,000.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree (LLB/LLM) and 5+ years of experience in contracts/ legal administration, negotiation, and management. Experience in EPC / clean energy industry (preferably solar industry)/construction is strongly preferred. Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions of business contracts, driving diligence of contracts review to ensure all risks are identified, preparing and reviewing non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments, and other contract types, coordinating with key stakeholders in Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Operations, and maintaining records of all contracts and agreements.

As a Contract Manager at GameChange Solar, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a dynamic and driven team passionate about changing the game in solar. You will be responsible for managing signature processes, maintaining contracts repositories, performing other duties, and special projects as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, as well as strong time and project management skills. Ability to drive projects to completion in an accurate and timely manner is essential. Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, are also necessary.
