Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Java Developer to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Integration and Build Activities – Design, develop, and support integration builds and CI/CD pipelines
  2. Delivery Oversight – Review, manage, and ensure the quality of offshore deliverables
  3. Team Leadership – Lead a Scrum team, facilitate agile ceremonies, and coordinate project execution
Must-Have SkillsTop 3 Key Qualifications:
  • Java – Strong hands-on experience with core and advanced Java concepts
  • Spring Boot – Proficient in developing microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot
  • Integration – Experience with integrating systems and third-party services
Nice-to-Have SkillsAdditional Qualifications:
  • Kotlin – Exposure to or experience in Kotlin for backend development
  • Kafka – Basic understanding or working experience with Kafka for messaging and stream processing
