Job Title

Configuration Specialist plays a vital role in implementing HR solutions across functional modules and is extensively involved in HR transformational projects.

The individual in this role uses their extensive knowledge of the platform to guide support and implementation activities.

  • Understanding the entire HR technology portfolio, including configurations, customizations, and integrations of different systems with Workday.
  • Working independently and collaboratively with several teams globally.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the delivery of services; developing, implementing, documenting, and monitoring the scope of work to ensure high-quality services and products.
  • Creating impact analysis documents to deliver thorough solutions.
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies to help HR keep pace with industry developments.
  • Supporting annual and half-yearly events correlated to each individual Workday module.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering equivalent with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Compensation, and Workday Security is mandatory.
  • Experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting, and Workday Time and Absence would be beneficial.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
