About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Experience Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for bringing UI designs to life in Unity across PC, mobile, and AR/VR platforms.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with designers, engineers, and 3D artists to create visually stunning and responsive user experiences. This involves creating micro animations, building custom shaders, and optimizing particle systems to elevate the UI and interaction quality across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineers and designers to implement UI features such as 2D and 3D layouts, menu logical flows, animations, and more in Unity.
  • Optimize UI for performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Create and manage micro animations in Unity.
  • Build custom shaders and optimize particle systems in Unity.
  • Collaborate with designers to build UX prototypes in Unity.
  • Write basic C# scripts to integrate UI elements with the overall system.
  • Develop and maintain a prefab library.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a visual artist or designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Unity, particularly in UI implementation.
  • Proficiency in creating custom shaders and working with particle systems.
  • Experience with lighting and rendering in Unity.
  • Knowledge of tweening and micro animations in Unity.
  • Familiarity with UX prototyping and design principles.
  • Basic programming skills in C#.
