Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects. The role involves coordinating between stakeholders, tracking project milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring that timelines and deliverables are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and data entry operators.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required.
  • Communication: Serve as the communication link between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Meeting Support: Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings.
  • Resource Management: Track resource availability and assist with workload distribution.
  • Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to organizational processes and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • IT/Software Development Experience: Experience coordinating IT/software development projects.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Education and Certifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP are preferred but not mandatory.
