Job Location: We are open to candidates from Mumbai, Kolkata, and Remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core technology.
  • Design and develop responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 technologies.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server databases.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualification and Soft Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed.
