Job Title: Senior Manager / AGM

Location: Alappuzha, India

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead approvals and coordination activities with various government departments.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating approvals with government departments such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant bodies.
  • Ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Providing strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.

Requirements include 13+ years of relevant experience in handling approvals/liaising with government departments, proven expertise in dealing with statutory bodies, strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.
