Job Title:

Tax Advisory Manager

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage advisory engagements for multinational companies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution and optimal tax efficiency.
  • Support clients throughout their business lifecycle by conducting detailed quantitative analysis and applying effective structuring strategies.
  • Devising tax structuring options for multinational clients and evaluating India inbound structuring options.
  • Managing end-to-end regulatory compliance processes for acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to legal and procedural requirements.
  • Planning tax due diligence work and advising clients in negotiating transaction terms.
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of business operations to identify tax planning opportunities and compliance gaps.
  • Supporting Partners/Principals in tax planning and management of assignments.
Client Management & Business Development:
  • Proactively communicating with clients, sharing updates, and developing relationships with CFOs and Tax Directors.
  • Identifying and ideating leads from public and private sources, creating a high-quality professional network.
  • Developing pitch proposals for client meetings and devising solutions to effectively resolve clients' tax disputes.
Knowledge Management & Innovation:
  • Understanding the tax compliance landscape and using technology to make compliance processes more effective, simpler, and qualitatively superior.
  • Acquiring industry insights, developing content for networking events, and sharing knowledge with team members.
  • Representing the firm's expertise at external forums, interacting with peers, and building a high-quality network.
Internal Processes & Compliance:
  • Reviewing engagement letters with precision, monitoring invoicing processes, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Demonstrating professionalism by working within legal and regulatory guidelines while remaining independent and objective.
