About this role:

We are seeking a visionary design professional to spearhead our creative efforts and elevate our brand's visual identity. As an Elegant Design Lead, you will be responsible for developing refined designs that exude simplicity, clarity, and sophistication.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Designing visually appealing assets for digital and print platforms that embody elegance, minimalism, and refinement.
  • Collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to create innovative solutions that align with the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentoring junior designers, fostering their growth while ensuring high standards of thoughtful and understated design.
  • Maintaining and enforcing brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translating complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in elegant, high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
