  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area at the end of every shift.
  • Verify that machines are working properly and safely, adhering to safety standards.
  • Complete daily production reports and submit them to supervisors for review.
  • Load bags and cartons on pallets manually as required.
  • Modify packaging and weigh bags to meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist colleagues in their job duties when needed, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training programs for professional development and growth.
  • Notify supervisors about equipment and production problems in a timely manner.
