Job Title: Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to manage costs and ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project scope in-line with design requirements to validate alignment.
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team to optimize project deliverables.
  • Develop specifications without any deviation in client requirement deliveries to meet budget needs.
  • Validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings for accuracy.
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management for approval.
  • Check and verify Requests for Approval (RA) bills and final bills.
  • Prepare amendments as required by the project team.
  • Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix for optimal results.
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design for client consideration.
  • Explore new products and take them to approvals for integration into projects.
  • Propose different optimization options in budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure completion of budget requirements in given timelines without any delays.
  • Prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements.
